World-class training programs for all ages and skill levels. From beginners to competitors, we have the perfect program for your martial arts journey.
Traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in the kimono (gi). Learn the art of leverage, technique, and strategy that allows smaller practitioners to overcome larger opponents. Our gi program is rooted in the fundamentals while incorporating modern competition strategies.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced grappler, our structured curriculum will help you develop a strong foundation and continue progressing through the belt ranks.
A belt isn't just something you're given in the gym — it's something you carry with you everywhere else. Adult grading at Submission Labs follows the IBJJF belt system. Promotions are held twice a year, following a full assessment of technique, mat time, competition record, and character.
Promotions held twice yearly, covering both Gi and No-Gi assessment.

Specialized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program designed specifically for children and teenagers. Our kids program focuses on building confidence, discipline, respect, and physical fitness through age-appropriate martial arts training.
We create a safe, supportive environment where kids can learn valuable life skills while having fun and making friends. Our experienced instructors understand child development and adapt techniques to each age group.
Beyond technique, our Kids Program is built around confidence, discipline, and resilience. Structured belt promotions give children clear, achievable goals and a genuine sense of progress, while our anti-bullying curriculum teaches them how to set boundaries, stay calm under pressure, and protect themselves without ever needing to throw a punch.
Each grade is assessed by our instructors against IBJJF-aligned criteria for technique, effort, and attitude — giving parents a clear picture of their child's progress.
